1. 负责初中英语科目的教学； Responsible for teaching junior high school English relative subject to students； 2. 能够结合中西课程，确保课程能够最大程度激发学生学习意愿； Have ability to combine Chinese curriculum and international curriculum; Ensuring the curriculum is implemented in a way that maximizes student learning; 3. 制定和实施英语教学计划，确保教学大纲和课程标准得到有效执行； Develop and implement English teaching plan to ensure effective implementation of syllabus and curriculum standards; 4. 协助组长完成学科会议的组织，促进教师之间的交流与合作，分享教学经验和资源； Assist the Head to organize the meeting, promote the communication and cooperation among teachers, and share teaching experience and resources; 5. 按照安排对学生执行监督工作； Execute student supervision duties as arranged; 6. 参与学校活动、项目、家长面谈、职业发展会议等； Participate in school activities, events, teacher-parents conversations, professional development meetings, etc. ; 7. 负责放学后或课间活动； Be in charge of after-school or in-school activities; 8. 完成学校布置的其它任务； Other duties assigned by the school； 岗位要求： 1.至少5年及以上初高中全职教学经验，拥有国际化背景（教育或教学）为佳 At least 5 years or above full-time teaching experience in Junior/Senior high school, international background (education or teaching) is preferred 2.本科或以上学历，与所应聘科目对应或相关的专业背景 Bachelor’s degree or above with major in English or related subject area; 3.持有初、高中教师资格证，热爱教师工作 Junior/Senior high school teaching certificate 4.优秀的英语听说读写能力、双语教学能力和国际文化理解能力 Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, bilingual teaching ability and international cultural understanding ability 5.重视学生素质和学习能力的培养，擅长与学生沟通交流，能因材施教 Care for students, pay attention to students’ character and learning needs, good communication with students, and cater for individual differences 6.具有开放的思维、创新的精神、强烈的求知欲、优秀的团队合作精神，责任心强 Open-minded, innovative spirit, strong desire to learn, excellent team player, strong sense of responsibility 如有以下条件可优先录用 Preferred 1.获得过区级、县级以上教坛新秀、优秀教师等荣誉称号，教育业绩突出者 Have the district-level, county-level honorary title such as Beginning Teacher, Prominent Teacher, or one with prominent teaching performance 2.有国际学校教学经验，英语流利 Work experience in an international school, fluent in English 3.能兼班主任 Can be homeroom teacher 4.有寄宿制学校的经验为佳 In boarding school is a plus
